BOARD OF TRUSTEES SPECIAL MEETING
September 20, 2023
6:00pm
Present: Mayor Bruce Tucker, Deputy Mayor Mark Blomquist, Trustee Rob Burns, Trustee Nate
Mitchell, Trustee Michael Wright and Jennifer DeYorgi Maher Village Clerk-Treasurer.
Not Present: Lino Sciarretta, Esq. -Village Attorney
Mayor Bruce Tucker called the meeting to order and lead everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Item #1 Resolution for Piermont Justice Court to apply for a JCAP Grant
Mayor Tucker informed the Board that Judge Ruby is applying for a JCAP Grant in the amount
of $15,321.00 for benches in the Court/Assembly Room, a resolution is required as part of the
grant process.
Trustee Burns made a motion for Piermont Justice Court to apply for a JCAP Grant in the
amount of $15,321.00, for benches in the court/assembly room. The motion was seconded by
Trustee Mitchell and so carried with a vote of 5 ayes, 0 nays.

Item #3 Adjournment
Trustee Burns made a motion at 6:13pm to adjourn. The motion was seconded by Trustee
Mitchell and so carried with a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays.
