MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE MAYOR’S YOUTH ADVISORY COMMITTEE HELD ON THURSDAY, December , 2021 IN THE PINETOP-LAKESIDE TOWN HALL LOCATED 325 W. WHITE MOUNTAIN BLVD., LAKESIDE, AZ 85929 A. Call to Order: Vice Chairwoman Stroup called the meeting to order at 7:05 am. Pledge of Allegiance: Vice Chairwoman Stroup led the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll Call: Jesse Stroup Vice Chairwoman Brooke Horne Secretary Jackson Woods Treasurer Rain Dimaliwat Historian River Rigg Member *Sienna Grzleak Member *Josiah Grzelak Member *denotes tardy Also present: Mackenzie Valichnac Deputy Town Clerk Stephanie Irwin Mayor Keith Johnson Town Manager B. Minutes: B.1 Minutes of MYAC Regular Meeting held on October 19, 2023. Member J. Grzelak moved to approve the following minutes: Mayors Youth Advisory Committee Regular Meeting October 19, 2023. The motion was seconded by Member Woods and carried unanimously with a 7-0 vote. C. New Business: C.1 Discussion and Legal Action regarding serving lunch at the Community Center on Wednesday, December 20th. Member Woods moved to approve the following: MYAC members serving lunch at Pinetop-Lakeside Community Center on December 20, 2023. The motion was seconded by S. Grzelak and carried unanimously with a 7-0 vote C.2 Review of upcoming events/projects and discuss goals for Spring 2024.  MYAC members will continue to serve lunch at the Pinetop-Lakeside Community Center. Member Horne will ask the choir at Blue Ridge High School to sing at the center. The donations box for Backpack snacks has been filled four times. Keith Johnson will contact Superintendent Mike Wright and introduce the Nexus presentation. C.3 Fill care bags. MYAC members filled 50 hygiene care bags to give to the RE:Center D.
