PUBLIC SAFETY PERSONNEL RETIREMENT SYSTEM
Pinetop-Lakeside Police Department Local Board
Meeting held April 30, 2015
Meeting called to order at 3:32 pm by Chairman Mayor Williams.
Board Members Present:
Roger Williams, Chairman
Chad Davis
Rebecca Brown
Linda Walker
Board Member Not Present:
Jeff Overton
Local Board Secretary Present:
Linda Walker
Barbara Ashley, Finance Director for the Town of Pinetop-Lakeside, was also present.
Roger Williams took his Oath of Office as Chairman. Chad Davis, Rebecca Brown and
Linda Walker received their Oath of Office by Chairman Roger Williams.
Linda Walker moved that the minutes as presented from the meeting held on May 7, 2013
be approved. Rebecca Brown seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
Rebecca Brown moved that PSPRS membership approval be made for Officer David
Hummer and Officer Jody Rammell, with pre-existing condition noted on both officers.
Chad Davis seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:38 pm.

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Pinetop-Lakeside Public
Safety Personnel Retirement System Local Board and to the general public that the Board will hold a
meeting open to the public on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 3:30 pm at the Pinetop-Lakeside Police
Department Training Room located at 1360 N. Niels Hansen Lane, Pinetop-Lakeside, Arizona.
Discussion/Consideration/Action RE:
Item No. 1: Approval of the minutes from meeting held on May 7, 2013.
Item No. 2: Report of nomination and election results of Public Safety Personnel Retirement System Local
Board positions. Acceptance and Oath of Chairman and new members.
Item No. 3: Approval of Officer David Hummer and Officer Jody Rammell’s membership in PSPRS.
