TOWN OF PINETOP-LAKESIDE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2020 AND TOWN COUNCIL ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2020 Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the general public that the Pinetop-Lakeside Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. and the Town Council will hold a public hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 6 p.m.. Both public hearings will be in the Town Council Chambers, located 325 W. White Mountain Blvd., Lakeside, AZ 85929, to consider the following request: The public hearing will be to discuss and adopt a new Town Code Chapter 17.114 Recreational Marijuana. The intent of the new Town Code will be to prohibit the retail sale of recreational marijuana, marijuana establishments, marijuana testing facilities and the use of recreational marijuana on public property. The information regarding this New Town Code Chapter are available by contacting the Pinetop-Lakeside Community Development Department located at Town Hall, 325 W.
