WHITE MOUNTAIN BLVD., LAKESIDE AZ 85929 AGENDA Goal: alignment, priorities, and direction for the next six months. Discussion: The Town Council will hold a work session to discuss priorities for the next six months. The Town Manager will provide an overview of current organizational conditions, financial considerations, and statutory obligations, followed by a Council discussion to identify shared priorities and provide collective direction.
