First reading, Ordinance 236-14,Deleting and amending portions of text in the Piperton Zoning Ordinance, Article 2-Definitions; Article3-General Provisions; Article 5-Provisions Governing Residential Districts; Article 12- Administration and Enforcement: all relative to Home Occupations. 8. First reading, Ordinance 237-14, Repealing all prior Building Codes and Adopting the 2012 International Building Codes. 9. First reading, Ordinance 238-14, Amending the map of the Piperton Zoning Ordinance by rezoning lot 4, Piperton Business Center, Mann Drive, on the south side of Highway 72 abutting the Fayette/Shelby County line, from B-2 to M-3(PD-O), Tax Map 184, District 10, Parcel 05404. 10.
