MINUTES OF PUBLIC DISCUSSION PIPERTON BOARD OF MAYOR AND COMMISSIONERS October 22, 2015, 6:30 P.M. The Piperton Board of Mayor and Commissioners met on October 22, 2015, at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, with Board members: Mayor Henry Coats, Vice-Mayor Hugh Davis, Commissioner Mike Binkley, and Commissioner Preston Trotter present for the purpose of holding a public discussion on the subject of discharging firearms within the City of Piperton. Commissioner Michael Ulczynski was absent. City Manager Steve Steinbach, City Recorder Beverly Holloway, City Attorney Gerald Lawson and Police Chief Phil Hendricks were also present, along with Butch Rhea, Carolyn Rhea, Mark Jenkins, Rich Miller, Bill & Vicki Hancock, Bill McCommon, Dennis Entz, David Allen, Ken Daniels, Judy Baker, Mike Escarro, James Stovall, Harry Hartwig, Mike Loudermilk, Randy & Vicki Foster, Larry O’Malley, Chris Wilkerson, Steve Houston, Billy McFadden, Charlotte Johnson, Mark Baugh, Jim Ragon, Danny Germany, Sharon & Anthony Isabel, Stephen Banker, Tim Haynes, Bob Baxter, Larry Lewis, Phillip Goodman, Jim Crouch , et al and others in the audience. Agenda item 1. Call to order Action taken: Mayor Coats opened the meeting at 6:30 p.m. Agenda item 2. Public discussion on regulations pertaining to the discharging of firearms within the City of Piperton Mayor Coats heard citizen’s comments. Action taken: There was no discussion or vote taken by the Board of Mayor and Commissioners. Agenda item 3.
