MINUTES OF PIPERTON BOARD OF MAYOR AND COMMISSIONER SPECIAL CALLED WORK SESSION July 30, 2020, 11:30 A.M. The Piperton Board of Mayor and Commissioners met in a special called work session on July 30, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. at the Public Works Building. Board members: Mayor Henry Coats, Vice-Mayor Mike Binkley, Commissioner Preston Trotter, Commissioner Hugh Davis were present along with City Manager Steve Steinbach. Commissioner David Crislip and City Recorder Beverly Holloway was absent. Agenda item 1. Update/Discussion of Due Diligence for the Pinckney Property Mr. Steinbach updated the Board on the property inspection report received for the Pinckney Property and a discussion ensued.
