Introduction – Determination of Quorum 2. Approval of September 2021 Meeting Minutes a. Josh motioned to approve September 2021 minutes 3. Roll Call 4. Public Input a. None 5. Discussion: a. Lewis Freeman Park – Progress Update i. If moving forward – this is what it is going to take to put on the sign ii. Katy presented the updated Phase 1 & 2 that was received by Surface 1. Per requests, Katy will coordinate with Surface representatives to remove the concrete sidewalk that is included in the quote and replace with a noise and visibility barrier between surrounding properties. 2. In addition, Katy will ask for an itemized quote for the remainder of Phase 2. From there, PARAB will determine if and any adjustments that could be altered to make the project more feasible. 3. Ryan and Josh raised the concerns of funding for the future and maintenance constraints that we would be facing. b. Vineyards Pocket Park i. Katy presented the first pocket park for the Vineyards which would include adult gaming stations, a shade structure, and open space. ii. Malica proposed EV Charging stations or Supercharging stations; Linda and Ryan expressed concerns of lack of shade. Josh presented a future opportunity of tying in artistic aspects.  iii. Katy to present a park checklist at the next meeting that is required for park property within developments including: number of benches, ADA picnic tables, bike racks, etc. c. Kiwanis Park i. PARAB members reviewed the current Kiwanis site and the status of the existing amenities. Katy presented the different phases of complete renovation and expansion in works with the PARAB and Kiwanis Club. 6. Director Report a. Bathrooms at Knight Farm Park i. The PARAB Members determined that the Knight Farm bathrooms will be closed on the Monday of January 3, 2022 and reopen on the Friday of April 1, 2022. 7. Questions & Comments 8. Adjournment a. The PARAB will discuss any potential events for next year that the PARAB members could potentially volunteer for 2022.
