A Motion for the City Council of the City of Pittston to ratify Deduct Change Order #001 for -$11,200 for Troy Mechanical and deduct Change Order #001 for -$14,100 for Hadley Construction for the Library and Former Presbyterian Church Local Share Account Project for HVAC/Roof upgrades, as recommended through Quad 3 Group. D. A Motion to Approve a contract to Cleveland Brothers Construction Equipment to purchase a 2024 CATERPILLAR BRUSHCUTTER, BR320 for the Street Department Skidster under the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Co-Stars purchasing program and to appropriate $8,290 from the FY 2024 Capital Improvement and Sewer Maintenance Budgets in amounts determined by the Chief Financial Officet to remit payment for the same.  E. A motion to approve a Professional Service Proposal from Reilly Associates to perform engineering work related to the Green Light Go Penndot Grant Project for a lump-sum fee of $8,857.00. This project will involve replacement of induction loop detection with video detection at five city intersections. F. Motion to approve a contract with T.M. Fitzgerald & Associates, 850 West Chester Pike, Havertown, PA 19083 for 2,796 32 gallon recycling containers and 2,796 20 gallon recycling containers, under Commonwealth Co-Stars purchasing program with 90% funding from Act 101 Section 902 recycling grant and 10% funding match from the FY 2024 Approved General Fund budget. G. A Motion to approve a city-wide Electronics Recycling Drop-Off on Saturday June 22nd with Responsible Recycling Services and authorizing the City Administrator and Recycling Coordinator to execute all documents associated with the same including post-event recycling grant reimbursement for allowable costs. H. A motion to Award a Contract to Stell Excavating, 16 East Ann Street, Plains, PA to lay asphalt pavement on the cobblestone portion of O’Connell Street from Broad Street to the dead end and to appropriate the sum of $8,894 from the unreserved, undesignated fund balances of the Capital Improvement and Sewer Maintenance Funds as determined by the Chief Financial Officer for payment of the same.
