ORDINANCES 10.1 Introduce an Ordinance Amending Chapter 9 of Title VI of the Placerville Municipal Code Relating to Sale of Unclaimed Property and Waive the First Reading (Chief Heller) Ordinance No. ______ Recommendation by the Chief of Police that the City Council take the following action: 1. Introduce an Ordinance amending Chapter 9 of Title VI of the Placerville Municipal Code relating to sale of unclaimed property; and 2. DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS 12.1 Authorize Council Committee and Commission Subcommittee to Work with Members of the Board of Supervisors to Select Members for the Courthouse Reuse Blue Ribbon Committee (Mr. Morris) Recommendation by the City Manager that the City Council authorize the Council’s Committee and Commission Subcommittee to work with members of the Board of Supervisors to select members for the Courthouse Reuse Blue Ribbon Committee. 12.2 Adopt a Resolution Consenting to the Inclusion of Properties Within the City Limits of the City of Placerville in the California Statewide Communities Development Authority(CSCDA) Open Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Program, and Other Matters Related Thereto (Mr. Morris) Resolution No. ______ Recommendation by the City Manager that the City Council adopt a Resolution consenting to the inclusion of properties within the city limits of the City of Placerville in the CSCDA Open PACE program, and other matters thereto. 13.
