Public comment is taken (3 minutes maximum) on items listed on the agenda when they are called. Advance Correspondence/Written Comments: You may submit your comments by e-mail to pv.citycouncil@cityofplacerville.org, or you may submit your comments in-person at the Administration Department, City Hall – 4th Floor, 3101 Center Street by 2:00 p.m. the day before the meeting to give the City Clerk adequate time to forward your comments to the City Council. Advance Correspondence/Written Comments relating to an agenda item other than “Public Comment” and received by 12:00 pm on the seventh day preceding the Council meeting will be attached to the agenda item as part of the agenda package. Advance Correspondence/Written Comments received after that time will be provided to the members of the City Council and will become part of the public record, they will not be read aloud at the time of the meeting, nor posted on the City’s website.
