PUBLIC PARTICIPATION INFORMATION
You are welcomed and encouraged to participate in this meeting. Public comment is
taken (3 minutes maximum) on items listed on the agenda when they are called.
Advance Correspondence/Written Comments: You may submit your comments by e-mail
to pv.citycouncil@cityofplacerville.org, or you may submit your comments in-person at the
Administration Department, City Hall – 4th Floor, 3101 Center Street by 2:00 p.m. the day
before the meeting to give the City Clerk adequate time to forward your comments to the City
Council.
Advance Correspondence/Written Comments received by 12:00 pm the Tuesday preceding
the Council meeting will be included in the agenda packet. Written Comments received after
that time will be provided to the members of the City Council and will be placed on the back
table for public review as part of the full agenda packet at the meeting. These comments will
not be read aloud at the time of the meeting, nor posted on the City’s website. Comments
must not be slanderous, and must relate to business within the jurisdiction of the City
Council. All written communication will be kept on file in the Administration Department
during normal business hours.

In Accordance with guidelines from the California Department of Public Health and the State
of California, please observe 6 feet of social distancing where possible and wear a mask if you

enacted by one motion by roll call vote unless any member of the Council wishes to remove
an item for discussion. The reading of the full text of all Resolutions will be waived unless
a Councilmember requests otherwise.
7.1 Approve the Minutes of the Regular City Council Meeting of
February 22, 2022 (Ms. O’Connell)
7.2 Approve the Accounts Payable Register (Mr. Warren)
7.3 Approve the Payroll Register (Mr. Warren)
7.4 Receive and File Public Records Requests (Ms. O’Connell)
7.5 Adopt a Resolution:
1. Ratifying Contract Change Orders (CCOs) #1, & #2 in the
total aggregate amount of $23,590.49 with Wunschel & Sons, Inc.
for the Conrad Street Sewer Line Replacement-Coloma Street to
Cottage Street project (CIP #41916); and
2. Authorizing the City Engineer to execute a Notice of
Completion and instructing the City Clerk to record said Notice with
the El Dorado County Recorder’s Office for the Conrad Sewer
Replacement Project (CIP #41916); and
3. Authorizing the Assistant City Manager/Director of
Finance to release all remaining retention being held for
construction security, not more than sixty (60) days after the Notice
of Completion filing for the said Project, per Public Contract Code
7107(c) (Ms. Neves)

7.6 Adopt a Resolution:
1. Ratifying a Construction Contract Change Order No. 1
for the Town Hall Parking Lot Repaving project (CIP #42105) with
Doug Veerkamp General Engineering, Inc. (DVGE), in the amount of
$14,436.36; and
2. Approving a $7,000 budget appropriation from the
Downtown Parking District Fund Contingency for Unforeseen
Expenditures for the said project (Ms. Neves)
