PUBLIC PARTICIPATION INFORMATION
You are welcomed and encouraged to participate in this meeting. Public comment is
taken (3 minutes maximum) on items listed on the agenda when they are called.
Advance Correspondence/Written Comments: You may submit your comments by e-mail
to pv.citycouncil@cityofplacerville.org, or you may submit your comments in-person at the
Administration Department, City Hall – 4th Floor, 3101 Center Street by 2:00 p.m. the day
before the meeting to give the City Clerk adequate time to forward your comments to the City
Council.
Advance Correspondence/Written Comments received by 12:00 pm the Tuesday preceding
the Council meeting will be included in the agenda packet. Written Comments received after
that time will be provided to the members of the City Council and will be placed on the back
table for public review as part of the full agenda packet at the meeting. These comments will
not be read aloud at the time of the meeting, nor posted on the City’s website. Comments
must not be slanderous, and must relate to business within the jurisdiction of the City
Council. All written communication will be kept on file in the Administration Department
during normal business hours.
To ensure that matters are decided based on evidence made available publicly before and
during the meeting, Councilmembers will not review or consider information received
electronically while the meeting is in progress.

Provide and Install an Upgraded Multi-media Communications and
Audio/Video System in the Council Chambers at Town Hall for a
Total of $61,452.87 for the Town Hall Emergency Operations Center
Project (CIP #42242) and Authorizing the Director of Community
Services to Execute any Related Documents; and
2. Approving a $14,000 Budget Appropriation from the
