MINUTES COMMUNITY PRIDE COMMITTEE SEPTEMBER 19, 2016 5:00 PM TOWN HALL, 549 MAIN ST. 1. Call to Order/Roll Call: Present: Craig Zangari, Christine Thiel, Kathi Lishman, Tim Daviess Staff: Steve Youel Absent:, Deb Power, Josette Johnson 2. Adoption of Agenda: Moved for adoption by Kathi. Seconded by Christine. Motion carried. 3. Approval of Meeting Minutes – August 15, 2016: Kathi moved to approve the minutes Seconded by Craig. Motion carried. 4. Public Comment – Brief Non Agenda Items: None 5. Treasurer’s Report: Monthly Report was presented by Tim. Tim announced this may be his last meeting. Tim is moving to Arizona. 6. Status Reports: A. Community Gardens: Kathi reported on the Monument Garden progress. The Bell is up and fundraising efforts continue. A grant has been applied for through the El Droado Community Foundation. B. Steve reported that progress on the Ore Cart Garden is pending Caltrans approval. 7. Work Party Calendar: Each gardener will schedule their own. 8. Items for Next Meeting: No new agenda items. 9.
