MINUTES OF THE MEASURE H SALES TAX COMMITTEE MEETING OF November 19, 2015 (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measure H Sales Tax Committee approve the minutes of the Committee meeting held November 19, 2015. 6. ACTIVE SEWER AND WATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PROJECT UPDATE (Ms. Neves): The City Engineer will present a status update on all active Sewer and water Capital Improvement Program projects. 7. WATERING RESTRICTIONS (Mr. Warren): A copy of the draft watering restriction notice that will be distributed with the May utility bills has been included with the agenda packet for informational purposes only. 8. UPCOMING ITEMS: Items tentatively scheduled for the next Committee meeting includes: The Measure H Fund financial report for the quarter ended March 31, 2016, proposed sewer and water projects for Fiscal Year 2016/2017, uses for future Measure H funds, and recommendations to the City Council for Fiscal Year 2016/2017. 10.
