Approving Construction Contract Change Order No. 1 with Doug Veerkamp General Engineering, Inc. for the Mosquito Road Stabilization-Clay Street to the City Limits project (CIP #41819) in an amount not-to-exceed $91,000 for road section base and paving from the Highway 50 right of way to Clay Street; and 2. Approving a budget appropriation in the amount of $91,000 from the Measure L Fund Construction Reserve for the said project; and 3.
