Open Session 5:00 P.M. OPEN SESSION 1. CALL TO ORDER & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG The Mayor called the meeting to order at 5:04 PM. 2. ROLL CALL: Present: Acuna, Borelli, Clerici, Thomas, Wilkins 3. ANNOUNCEMENTS TO THE PUBLIC No announcements to the public were made. 4. ADOPTION OF AGENDA It was moved by Councilmember Borelli and seconded by Councilmember Acuna that the City Council adopt the Agenda as presented. The motion was passed by the following vote: AYES: Acuna, Borelli, Clerici, Thomas, Wilkins NOES: ABSENT: ABSTAIN: 5. DISCUSSION/INFORMATION ITEMS: 6.1 Review Johnson Controls, Inc. Project The City Manager summarized the purpose of the workshop and introduced Bryan Greenamyer, Account Manager with Johnson Controls, Inc., who presented an overview of energy efficiency improvement measures, project funding options, and program goals. The Director of Finance provided further information regarding project funding and savings. Public comment was received from Mickey Kaiserman and Sue Rodman. This workshop was for informational purposes only. No action was taken on this item. 7. ADJOURNMENT @ 5:53 PM.
