Authorizing the Chief of Police to negotiate a professional services agreement with the El Dorado County Fire Protection District and Dewberry Architects, Inc, for a not to exceed amount of $178,000 for Public Safety Building Needs Assessment Study project (CIP #42020); and 2. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the same; and 3. Approving a $15,372 budget appropriation from the General Fund Contingency for Unforeseen Expenditures for the said project; and 4.
