BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING NOTICE/AGENDAfor OBJECTION HEARINGS (in compliance with the Open Meetings Law) CityofPlatteville Grant County, Wisconsin The Board of Review for the City ofPlatteville, Grant County, Wisconsin, hereby provides its written notice and agenda for its upcoming public meeting on July, 28th 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Platteville Police Department Training Room, 165 N 4th St, Platteville, WI 53818. Notice of this public meeting has been provided to news media as required by Wis. Stat. § 19.84. AGENDA 1) Call Board of Review to order. 2) Roll call. 3) Confirm appropriate BOR and Open Meetings notices in compliance with state law. 4) Approve minutes from the July 14th Board of Review meeting. 5) Objection Hearings: a) Walgreens (675 S. Water St) i) Property Owner Testimony ii) Assessor Testimony 7) BOR deliberations and roll call vote on each objection heard. 8) Provide Notice ofBOR Determination form to objectors who are present and/or direct clerk to provide notices via certified mail. 9) Schedule future BOR meetings as needed. 10) Adjourn.
