The Platteville Public Library Board of Trustees Board Meeting Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. Conference Room, Platteville Public Library, 225 W. Main St. MINUTES I.​ CALL TO ORDER at 5:35 p.m. Present: Vicky Suhr, Amy Seeboth-Wilson, Jason Artz, Lynne Parrott Not Present: Kelly Sponsler, Page Leahy, Paula Baumann Others present: Library Director Jessie Lee-Jones II.​ CONSIDERATION OF CONSENT AGENDA - Motion to approve with correction to the spelling of Lynne’s name. Motion by Jason Artz, second by Lynne Parrot- approved unanimously. A.​ Meeting duly posted​ ​ ​ ​ ​ B.​ Acceptance of the Agenda C.​ Approval of minutes from the February 3, 2026, meeting III.​ CITIZENS’ COMMENTS, OBSERVATIONS, and PETITIONS- None IV.​ REPORTS A.​ Municipal Financial Report (2) B.​ Library Board Financial Report C.​ Director’s report D.​ City Council report V.​ ACTION A.​ Approval of February Bills (2) – Motion to approve by Amy Seeboth-Wilson, second by Jason Artz- approved unanimously. B.​ Business Manager Job Description - Motion to approve as presented, transitioning the position from 30 hours per week to 20 hours per week - by Amy Seeboth-Wilson, second by Jason Artz- approved unanimously. C.​ Custodian Position – The board discussed and is committed to the concept if it can be structured as a billed service to the library. No action was taken at this time. VI.​ INFORMATION and DISCUSSION A.​ Circulation Policy - Lost/Damaged Item Fees- we will continue the discussion at our next meeting. Jessie asked the Board to review the provided policy options and be ready to make recommendations at the next meeting.
