Ordinance 26-02 AN ORDINANCE BY THE BOARD OF MAYOR AND ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF PLEASANT VIEW, TENNESSEE, LEVYING AN ADDITIONAL ONE-HALF OF ONE PERCENT (.5%) TAX PURSUANT TO TENNESSEE CODE ANNOTATED, SECTION 67-6-701 THROUGH 67-6-712 ON PRIVILEGES SUBJECT TO THE RETAILERS' SALES TAX ACT Minutes: No one spoke regarding Ordinance 26-02.
