CALL TO ORDER Minutes: 7:00 pm 2. PRAYER Minutes: Led by Alderman Niccolich 4. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 5. CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES (APPROVAL OR CORRECTION): a. Regular Council Meeting - Stands approved as presented or corrected. Council Minutes from February 9, 2026 Minutes: Alderman Henderson motioned to approve the minutes from the February 9, 2026 Council meeting. Vice Mayor Drake 2nd the motion, All Aye. COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE MAYOR: Minutes: Mayor Anderson commented we are finishing up the park project and hope to have complete by the end of the month. 9. OLD BUSINESS: a. Ordinance 26-01 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PLEASANT VIEW, TENNESSEE AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2026 BUDGET 2nd Reading Minutes: Vice Mayor Drake motioned to approve Ordinance 26-01. Renewal of commercial lease with the Pleasant View Village Homeowner's Association for the period of April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2031. Minutes: Alderman Henderson motioned to approve the renewal of the commercial lease agreement with Pleasant View Village Homeowner's Association through March 31, 2031. Approval of contract to audit with John R. Poole for July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 and audit expenses in the amount of $3,800.00.
