Mayor Linda Filipczak called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. b. Present: Mayor Linda Filipczak, Mayor Pro Tem Joe Elliott, Commissioners Latricia Horstman, Jennifer Kehoe, Alanna Maguire, Brock Minton, Karen Sisolak Also present: City Manager Chris Porman, City Attorney Bob Marzano, and various members of the City Administration 2. DISCUSSION – Park Sponsorship and Public Participation & Volunteer Framework Members discussed Program Goals, Tier Levels, Naming Rights and an overall review for the Park Sponsorship Program Members discussed the overall Framework, Strategy, Recruiting Sign-up process for Public Participation and Volunteer Framework related to the Park Sponsorship Program. 3. DISCUSSION – Parks Advisory Board No discussion 4.
