MOTION: I hereby move to open the bids for the Manhole/Inlet project. As the LSA &MTF INLET & MANHOLE REPLACEMENT PROJECT was duly advertised and bids were received to do the work for the project, I hereby moved to open any bid proposals received on or before 2:00 o’clock P.M. on September 12, 2023, regarding the above-mentioned inlet & manhole replacement project. MOTION: I hereby move to approve RESOLUTION 4 OF 2023 for submission of a LSA Grant for Susquehanna Warrior Trail to extend the Susquehanna Warrior Trail 1.4 miles from the Levee to the Avondale Mine Site.
