CITY OF PLYMOUTH, WISCONSIN THURSDAY, APRIL 29, 2025 COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING COUNCIL CHAMBERS CITY HALL, 128 SMITH STREET OFFICIAL MINUTES 1. Call to Order and Roll Call: Mayor Pohlman called the meeting to order. On the call of the roll, the following were present: Diane Gilson, Jeff Tauscheck, Dave Herrmann, Angie Matzdorf, Kevin Sande, Greg Hildebrand, John Binder and Mike Penkwitz. Also present: City Administrator/Utilities Manager Tim Blakeslee, Assistant Administrator/Community Development Director Jack Johnston, Chief Ken Ruggles, Deputy Police Chief Matt Starker and City Clerk/Deputy Treasurer Anna Voigt. 2. Approve the Minutes from February 27, 2025: Motion was made by Hildebrand/Tauscheck to approve the minutes from February. A unanimous aye vote was cast. Motion carried. 3. Presentation from Sheboygan Housing Coalition: Sue Kaiser and Lyric Glynn presented to the Committee about the Sheboygan County Housing Coalition. 4. Adjourn: Motion was made by Tauscheck/Matzdorf to adjourn the meeting. A unanimous aye vote was cast. Motion carried.
