CITY OF POCATELLO, IDAHO CITY COUNCIL EXECUTIVE SESSION JUNE 16, 2016 An Executive Session of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Brian Blad at 10:04 a.m. in the Paradice Conference Room at City Hall. Council members present were Steve Brown, Jim Johnston, Gary Moore and Michael L. Orr. Council member Roger Bray arrived at 10:05 a.m. A motion was made by Mr. Brown, seconded by Mr. Johnston, to convene in Executive Session in accordance with Idaho Code Section 74-206(1)(j) to consider labor contract matters authorized under section 67-2345A [74-206A](l)(a) and (b), Idaho Code. Upon roll call, those voting in favor were Brown, Johnston, Moore and Orr. In addition to the Mayor and Council members, Ruth Whitworth, City Clerk; Rich Diehl, Deputy Attorney (Civil); Tiffany Olsen, Attorney Assistant; Joyce Stroschein, Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer; David Gates, Fire Chief; Scott Marchand, Police Chief, Jim Peterson, Deputy Police Chief, Anne Butler, Interim Human Resources Director; Nicole Harms, Human Resources Consultant; Heather Buchanan, Human Resources Consultant; and Scott W. Marotz, Anderson, Julian & Hull, LLP; were present. Council discussed various issues within the parameters of the above statutes. Mr. Marchand and Mr. Peterson were excused at 10:37 a.m. Council member Orr was excused at 11:30 a.m. Mayor Blad adjourned the Executive Session at 11:40 a.m. APPROVED: BRIAN C.
