CITY OF POCATELLO, IDAHO CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING WITH POCATELLO DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AUGUST 15, 2018 AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Council members were asked to attend a Pocatello Development ROLL CALL Authority (PDA) meeting to discuss a proposed Tax Increment Financing plan. Council members in attendance were Heidi Adamson, Roger Bray, Rick Cheatum, Jim Johnston, Linda Leeuwrik and Beena Mannan. Mayor Brian Blad was also in attendance. The Council met in the City Hall Council Chambers at 911 North 7th Avenue and the meeting began at 11:04 a.m. AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: City Council members received information from the PDA PROPOSED TAX outlining a possible TIF distract in the area known as Northgate INCREMENT FINANCE near Chubbuck Road and Olympus Drive. There was no action PLAN by the City Council regarding the proposal at this time.
