CLARIFICATION MEETING
MARCH 19, 2020
1: ROLL CALL: Council President Heidi Adamson called the City Council Clarification
Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Council members present were Roger Bray,
Rick Cheatum, Claudia Ortega and Chris Stevens. Council member Linda
Leeuwrik arrived at 5:32 p.m. Mayor Brian Blad was excused. Staff
members were also in attendance.
2: DISCUSSION: City Council members discussed items listed on the March 19, 2020 Regular
City Council Meeting agenda. Staff members clarified agenda item
information for City Council members.
3: ADJOURN: Council President Adamson adjourned the City Council Clarification
Meeting at 5:51 p.m.
