CITY OF POCATELLO, IDAHO CITY COUNCIL EXECUTIVE SESSION MAY 6, 2020 An Executive Session of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Brian Blad at 2:01 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council members were in attendance through Go To Meeting an on- line meeting platform - Heidi Adamson, Roger Bray, Rick Cheatum, Linda Leeuwrik, Claudia Ortega and Chris Stevens. A motion was made by Ms. Stevens, seconded by Mr. Bray, to convene into Executive Session in accordance with Idaho Code Section 74-206(l)(c) to acquire an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency; and 74-206 (1) (d) to consider records that are exempt from disclosure as provided in chapter 1, title 74, Idaho Code. Upon roll call, those voting in favor were Stevens, Bray, Adamson, Cheatum, Leeuwrik and Ortega. In addition to the Mayor and Council members, the following staff members were in attendance: Ruth Newsom, City Clerk; Jared Johnson, City Attorney; Jeff Mansfield, Public Works Director; Tom Kirkman, Deputy Public Works Director, Ken Wilson, Information Technology Audio Visual Technician; and Staci Hernandez and Michael Wheelock representing Prime Time Auctions. Ms. Hernandez and Mr. Wheelock left the meeting at 2:42 p.m. Council discussed topics within the parameters of the above statute.
