26, 2017. Nielson stated the Commission was not contacted or present, and that was the agreement
made before an investigation was to done in the Brady Chapel. The Commission asked Neu to contact
Spiro Paranormal to present their findings at the next meeting, September 20. Herzog stated that two
conditions were made before the Brady Chapel was allowed to be placed on the tour listing. 1) A HPC
member was to be present during the paranormal investigation and 2) that the findings of the
investigation were to be presented to the HPC to approve the Brady Chapel being placed on the Haunted
History Tour listing. Both of these conditions were violated. Neu let the Commission know that the
paranormal team probably worked with Martin Peace.
McCulla stated that approval was received from Tastee Treet for 100 small ice cream cones, 1-$10 gift
certificate, and 2-$5 gift certificates. The documents have been created and would be printed on the
special VOID paper prior to the event.
Stenersen asked when the poster should be done. Herzog stated the Commission agreed that it should be
the first week of September. Stenersen stated she would work on the poster tomorrow, would send the
poster to Aceline for review, and it would be available for delivery and electronic distribution on Friday.
