Staff: Matthew Lewis, Aceline McCulla, and Merril Quayle. AGENDA ITEM #2: DISCUSSION TO CLARIFY ITEMS ON THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA FOR MARCH 24, 2021.
