Chair Chanda called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
AGENDA ITEM #1: ROLL CALL
Present: Krystal Chanda, Whitney Fenwick, Marjanna Hulet, Richard Phillips, Nate Roberts, and
Shin Kue Ryu.
Excused: Dakota Worrell.
Staff: Carl Anderson, Jen Flynn, Matthew Lewis, Aceline McCulla and Merril Quayle.
AGENDA ITEM #2: DISCUSSION TO CLARIFY ITEMS ON THE PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA FOR MARCH 9, 2022.
The Commission and staff discussed the agenda items.

With no further discussion, Chair Chanda closed the meeting at 6:10 p.m.

Limited in-person attendance is allowed, but due to COVID-19 guidelines, strict social distancing measures are in place.
DURING LOW/MEDIUM COMMUNITY LEVEL DESIGNATIONS, INDIVIDUALS ARE ENCOURAGED, BUT NOT
REQUIRED, TO WEAR MASKS/FACE COVERINGS. DURING HIGH COMMUNITY LEVEL DESIGNATIONS,
INDIVIDUALS WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS/FACE COVERINGS.
