Chair Chanda called the meeting to order at 6:01 PM.
AGENDA ITEM #1: ROLL CALL
Present: Eugene Bartu, Krystal Chanda (Chair), Whitney Fenwick, Roger Frey, Marjanna Hulet,
and Shin Kue Ryu.
Unexcused: Richard Phillips.
Staff: Matthew Lewis, Aceline McCulla and Merril Quayle.
AGENDA ITEM #2: DISCUSSION ON CLARIFY ITEMS ON THE PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA FOR MARCH 22, 2023.
The Commission and staff discussed the agenda items.

With no further discussion, Chanda closed the meeting at 6:07 p.m.
