Whitney Fenwick called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.
AGENDA ITEM #1: ROLL CALL
Present: Eugene Bartu, Krystal Chanda, Roger Frey and Marjanna Hulet.
Excused: Whitney Fenwick.
Unexcused: Richard Phillips.
Staff: Carl Anderson, Aceline McCulla and Merril Quayle.
AGENDA ITEM #2: DISCUSSION TO CLARIFY ITEMS ON THE PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA FOR AUGUST 9, 2023.
The Commission and staff discussed the agenda items.

With no further discussion, Fenwick closed the meeting at 6:03 p.m.
