Chanda called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
1. Roll Call.
Present: Krystal Chanda, Whitney Fenwick, Roger Frey, Adam Geyer, and Richard Phillips (arrived at 6:02.
Excused: Eugene Bartu.
Unexcused: Marjanna Hulet.
Staff: Jim Anglesey, Jen Flynn, Matt Kerbs, Matthew Lewis, Aceline McCulla, and Brent McLane.
2. Discussion to Clarify Items on the P&Z Meeting agenda for April 10, 2024.
The Commission and staff discussed the agenda items.
Agenda Item #3: Adjourn.
With no further discussion, Chanda closed the meeting at 6:16 PM.
