In order to address the Board Members, each individual must fill out a speaker card, which is available at the entrance of the Library Conference Room. Speaker cards must be completed and turned in to the Board Secretary at this time. Only those speaker cards turned in to the Board Secretary will be allowed to address the Board Members. No late cards will be accepted. Each person should state their name and will be allowed to speak once for three minutes. Public comments may also be submitted via email to anita.torres@pomonaca.gov by 4:00 p.m. the day of the Board Meeting. Comments must be limited to 200 words.
