It is also recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute the Master Facility License Agreement on behalf of the City in substantially the same form as attached hereto, and to make any revisions, amendments, corrections and modifications to the Master Facility License Agreement, subject to the approval of the City Attorney, that are deemed necessary to carry out the intent of the City Council’s approval of the License Agreement template and that do not materially alter or increase the City’s obligations thereunder.
