D. PUBLIC COMMENT: 1. At this time, the general public is invited to address the Cultural Arts Commission concerning any items that are not listed on the agenda, which are not public hearings, or other items under the jurisdiction of the Cultural Arts Commission. Comments from the public of any nonagenda items will be limited to three (3) minutes in accordance with City policy. 2. Any applicant or member of the public wishing to speak on any item that is listed on the agenda is requested to adhere to the following protocol procedures/guidelines: a) When called upon, the person shall state his /her name and address for the record, and, if speaking for an organization or other group, identify the organization or group represented. Whenever any group of persons wishes to address the Cultural Arts Commission on the same subject matter, the Chairperson may, at his /her discretion, request that the group choose a spokesperson to address the Commission. OLD BUSINESS: 1. 2020 Chalk de los Muertos Staff will provide an update on the 2020 Chalk de los Muertos event, which will be held virtually between October 26 and November 8 under the theme of Dia de Los Muertos and honoring our ancestors. H. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Final Design Plan (PUBART 13634-2020) Project Address: 55-65 Rancho Camino Drive Project Applicant: Beau Basse Project Planner: Lynda Lara, Assistant Planner Council District: CC District No. 5 Final Design Plan (PUBART 13634-2020) for a combination of metal relief sculptures and functional benches at a mixed-used project currently under development at 55-66 Rancho Camino Drive. Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Cultural Arts Commission approve Final Design Plan (PUBART 13634-2020) to allow a combination of metal relief sculptures and painted murals at a mixed-use project currently under development at 55-66 Rancho Camino Drive.
