At this time, the general public is invited to address the Cultural Arts Commission concerning any items that are not listed on the agenda, which are not public hearings, or other items under the jurisdiction of the Cultural Arts Commission. Comments from the public of any nonagenda items will be limited to three (3) minutes in Accordance with City policy. 2. Content Standards for Temporary Murals Staff will continue a discussion on content standards for temporary murals being approved under the Temporary Art Pilot Program. Staff has included eight applications received under the K-Rail Public Art competition that included some form of lettering. Attachments: Portfolios Including Lettering (K-Rail Art Competition) I. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Proposed Content for Millard Sheets Fountains Plaques Staff will present draft content to be included on four proposed plaques to be placed alongside the Millard Sheets fountains, as part of the restoration currently being conducted by the artist, Brian Worley.
