D. PUBLIC COMMENT: 1. At this time, the general public is invited to address the Cultural Arts Commission concerning any items that are not listed on the agenda, which are not public hearings, or other items under the jurisdiction of the Cultural Arts Commission. Comments from the public of any nonagenda items will be limited to three (3) minutes in accordance with City policy. 2. Discussion: Allocation of Public Art Fund Dollars Towards Civic Center Fountain Rehabilitation Project Water Resources Staff will present a request for consideration of allocation of Public Art Fund dollars towards the Civic Center Fountain Rehabilitation Project. Attachments: Staff Report 3. Proposed Amendment to Existing Contract for Restoration of Millard Sheets Fountain Staff will present for consideration the Citizen’s Advisory Committee’s recommendation on a proposed amendment to the existing contract for the restoration of the Millard Sheets Fountain, executed by Brian Worley.
