CALL TO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL PUBLIC COMMENT In order to address the Ethics Commission, each individual must fill out a speaker card, which is available in the lobby of the Council Chambers. Speaker cards must be completed and turned in to the Commission Secretary at this time. Only those speaker cards turned in to the Commission Secretary will be allowed to speak once for three minutes. All speakers and persons in the audience must adhere to the Commission Rules and Procedure and Decorum. COMMISSIONER COMMUNICATION STAFF COMMUNICATION CONSENT CALENDAR 1. Discussion of Ethics Commission Objectives, Goals, and Strategy for Commission Work It is recommended that the Commission continue discussion on their work plan, including adopting goals and objectives. 5. Discussion Regarding the November and December Ethics Commission Meetings It is recommended that the Commission discuss options for addressing the November and December meetings due to conflicts with the holiday season. 6. Discussion of Ethics Commission Participation in the Annual Holiday Parade It is recommended that the Commission discuss whether it should participate in the upcoming holiday parade on December 14, 2024.
