If you would like to comment please indicate to staff by either using the raise hand feature on Zoom, dialing *9 if you are calling in via phone or leaving a comment in the Q & A box. Staff will call on you one at a time. Each speaker will have up to three (3) minutes for their comment. Comments received via email will be read into the record by City staff. DISCUSSION ITEMS 1. Selection of the Fairplex Mitigation Fund Advisory Committee Chair and Vice-Chair It is recommended that the Fairplex Mitigation Fund Advisory Committee (“Committee”) select a Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary for the Committee. COMMITTEE ITEMS The Committee may discuss any such other matters as may be brought to it by the Finance Director /City Treasurer, Public Works Director or designee, City Attorney, or other staff members. If action needs to be taken, the items must be properly scheduled on the agenda prior to such action. STAFF ITEMS The Committee shall consider all verbal or written communication from staff. If action needs to be taken, the items must be properly scheduled on the agenda. Results of the most recent City Council meeting pertinent to the Fairplex Mitigation Fund Advisory Committee may also be presented.
