Selection of Commission Chair and Vice-Chair It is recommended that the commission members select a Chair and Vice-Chair. 2. Set the day and time for regular meetings beginning January 2022 It is recommended that the commission members select a day and time to hold regular meetings of the Police Oversight Commission. PUBLIC COMMENT In response to the global COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with California State Assembly Bill 361 and Resolution No. 2021-186 adopted on December 6, 2021 regarding the Brown Act, please note that only comments for Discussion Items 1 and 2 were accepted by email and will be read into the record by the commission secretary . The deadline for email comments was 4:30 p.m. on December 14. Comments only about Discussion Items 1 and 2 will also be accepted live by Zoom or by phone. If you would like to comment, please indicate to staff by either using the "raise hand" feature on Zoom of by dialing *9 if you are calling in via phone. Staff will call on you one at a time. Each speaker will have up to three (3) minutes for their comment.
