Per Ordinance No. 4333, this commission is comprised of five (5) members appointed
by a majority vote of the City Council.

ACCESSIBILITY
The City of Pomona wishes to make all of its public meetings accessible to the public. Upon request, this agenda
will be made available in appropriate alternative formats to persons with disabilities, as required by Section 202 of

PUBLIC COMMENT
In order to address the Police Oversight Commission, each individual must fill out a speaker card, which is
available in the lobby of the Council Chambers. Speaker cards must be completed and turned in to the
Commission Secretary at this time. Only those speaker cards turned in to the Commission Secretary will be
allowed to address the Commission. No late cards will be accepted. Each person should state their name and will
be allowed to speak once for three minutes. All speakers and persons in the audience must adhere to the
Commission Rules of Procedure and Decorum.

The next Police Oversight Commission Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 in the City Council
Chambers, 505 S. Garey Ave, Pomona, California. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m.
