Case # 2018-0180 – Extension Request A letter dated March 3, 2020 was received from Aldo Vitagliano Esq. on behalf of New Broad Development LLC and the Station Lofts Project, (67 New Broad Street), requesting an extension of the Site Plan approval that was granted in April 2019. The project recently received permissions from the MTA enabling the applicant to continue further cleanup and development of the site. 2. Case # 2016-0138 – SEU Renewal A letter dated March 30, 2020 was received from Snyder & Snyder LLP on behalf of New York SMSA Limited Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless Telecommunications requesting a Special Exception Use Permit Renewal on an existing Building located at 411 Westchester Avenue, Port Chester, New York. Last renewal was approved on June 18, 2018 3.
