No. 28-29 as listed on the Abstract of Unaudited vouchers for the Sewer Fund for $11,378.82 RESOLUTIONS FOR APPROVAL: 2. Resolution approving SEQR determination. 3. Resolution approving Local Law 1-2018 Amending Chapter 45 of the Village Code entitled Property Maintenance. 4. Scheduling of Public Hearing on Proposed Local Law of the Village of Port Dickinson amending Chapter 62 of the Village Code entitled “Water” NEW BUSINESS/DISCUSSION: ADJOURNMENT  VILLAGE OF PORT DICKINSON RESOLUTION APPROVING LOCAL LAW NO. 1-2018 WHEREAS, a resolution was duly adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Port Dickinson for a public hearing to be held by the Village Board at Port Dickinson Village Hall, 786 Chenango Street in said Village, at 5:00 p.m. on the 22nd day of May, 2018 to hear all interested parties on a proposed local law entitled “A Local Law Amending Chapter 45 of the Village Code entitled ‘Property Maintenance’”; and WHEREAS, notice of said public hearing was duly advertised in the Press & Sun-Bulletin, the official newspaper of the Village, and posted on the Village Clerk’s signboard; and WHEREAS, said public hearing was duly held at Port Dickinson Village Hall at 5:00 p.m. on May 22, 2018, and all parties in attendance were permitted an opportunity to speak on behalf of or in opposition to said proposed Local Law or any part thereof; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Part 617 of the implementing regulations of the State Environmental Quality Review Act, it has been determined by the Village Board that adoption of the proposed Local Law constitutes an Unlisted Action as defined under said regulations. The Village Board has considered the possible environmental impacts of the Local Law. The adoption of said Local Law will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment and the Village Board adopts a negative declaration with respect to the Local Law; and WHEREAS, the Village Board, after due deliberation, finds it in the best interest of the Village to adopt said local law. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Port Dickinson hereby adopts said local law as Local Law No. 1-2018 entitled “A Local Law Amending Chapter 45 of the Village Code entitled ‘Property Maintenance’” a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof; and RESOLVED that the Village Clerk be and hereby is directed to enter said Local Law in the minutes of this meeting and to enter said Local Law in the Local Law Book of the Village of Port Dickinson, and to give due notice of the adoption of said Local Law to the Secretary of State; and RESOLVED that this resolution will take effect immediately.
