No. 1-2, 4-32 as listed on the Abstract of Unaudited vouchers for the General Fund for $21,428.34 2. No. 20, 33-36 as listed on the Abstract of Unaudited vouchers for the Water Fund for $2,447.44 3. No. 3, 13, 19, 37 as listed on the Abstract of Unaudited vouchers for the Sewer Fund for $979.51 COMMUNICATIONS: COMMITTEE REPORTS: Administration/Code Enforcement/Community Association – James DeGennaro, Trustee Planning Board – Parks/Public Works – Charles Harding, Trustee Public Safety – Michael Cashman, Trustee The Port Dickinson Police Department responded to 98 calls for assistance, gave mutual aid 8 times, they wrote 26 Traffic Tickets 1 Parking tickets and , charged one male with Trespass. The Fire Department meets next Monday Water/Sewer – Robert Aagre, Trustee 1. Village DPW assisted the Town of Fenton Water Dept last week in flushing the Fenton hydrants. Fenton staff are assisting the Village this week, as we do the most thorough comprehensive flushing we have done in probably 50 years. We have shut off Binghamton water to allow increased flow and force from the Fenton water. We are flushing in daylight hours, to allow staff a much better opportunity to view levels of debris (sand, gravel) being removed from the system. A lot is coming out. The hydrant water is sampled in a clear container several times until the water is clear and free of any grit. It is estimated the water flow is about 2 ½ times that used in the past to flush. 2. Business manager of the BJCJSTP (Sewer Plant) came by the Village to meet with the Clerk and Sewer Trustee to verify last year’s customer records. The Village Clerk’s records were all in order. Scheduling of Public Hearing on Proposed Local Law of the Village of Port Dickinson amending Chapter 62 of the Village Code entitled “Water” 3. Scheduling of Public Hearing on Proposed Local Law of the Village of Port Dickinson amending Chapter 49 of the Village Code entitled “Sewer” 4.
