APPROVAL OF MINUTES: April 9 & April 23, 2019 meetings PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: TREASURER’S REPORT: AUDIT & PAYMENT OF CLAIMS: Abstract #19 (2018-2019) 1. Abstract of Unaudited vouchers for the General Fund for $16,055.22 2. Abstract of Unaudited vouchers for the Water Fund for $1,584.51 3. Abstract of Unaudited vouchers for the Sewer Fund for $64,019.15 COMMUNICATIONS: • Certificate of Liability Insurance received from Weathermaster Roofing • Certificate of Liability Insurance received from Johnsons Pool & Spas TRUSTEE-COMMISSIONER REPORTS: Administration/Code Enforcement/Community Association – James DeGennaro, Trustee Planning Board – Parks/Public Works – Charles Harding, Trustee Summer help Public Safety – Michael Cashman, Trustee Water/Sewer – Robert Aagre, Trustee 1. Hydrant Flushing: Now underway in the Village. Expected to be completed by the end of Wednesday. So far, all hydrants are functioning as normal. 2. Hot mix asphalt has replaced the temporary fill at all street digs on water & sewer projects undertaken since the Fall closure of the hot asphalt plants. The exception is the dead end of Kirkwood Ave., which is expected to be paved curb-to-curb when DPW paves its other streets this year. 3. The Village paid its second installment of the 4 scheduled payments this year to the Binghamton-Johnson City Joint Sewage Board. The amount was $62,802. The Village supplies just over 1% of the total flow into the plant (1.1466% to be exact). Each of our 4 payments this year includes $27,918 (44.45%) for Sewer Plant Debt Reduction.
