APPROVAL OF MINUTES: June 11 & June 20, 2019 meetings PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: TREASURER’S REPORT: AUDIT & PAYMENT OF CLAIMS: Abstract #2 (2019-2020) 1. Abstract of Unaudited vouchers for the General Fund for $61,172.23 2. Abstract of Unaudited vouchers for the Water Fund for $183.82 3. Abstract of Unaudited vouchers for the Sewer Fund for $1,637.53 COMMUNICATIONS: • Certificate of Liability Insurance received from Verizon TRUSTEE-COMMISSIONER REPORTS: Administration/Code Enforcement/Community Association – James DeGennaro, Trustee Planning Board – Parks/Public Works – Charles Harding, Trustee Public Safety – Michael Cashman, Trustee Water/Sewer – Robert Aagre, Trustee A quiet month has passed, with nothing unusual happening in the Water & Sewer world in the Village. The DPW crew continues to install remote meters and is nearing completion of all the homes on Pickle Hill streets. One of the 3 pumps at the Wayne Ave Sewer Station is under repair and we hope to have it reinstalled again soon. All other pumps and systems seem to be running smoothly. Zoning Board of Appeals OLD BUSINESS: RESOLUTIONS FOR APPROVAL: 1. Resolution authorizing the Village Mayor, Kevin M. Burke, to submit an application to the NYS Emergency Services Loan Program for $222,750.00 and to execute all financial and/or administrative processes relating to the grant program.
